SCARRED SABRES, by Del Gist

 

Actioner set in New Orleans.  Two disabled ex-mercenary buddies reunite after ten years to rescue one’s runaway teen daughter caught in a drug conflict between a riverboat gambling queen and the Mexican Mafia.  Both vets are skilled fighting machines, except for one drawback:  one has a dead arm, the other is in a wheelchair.

SKYHANGER, by Anthony Polar
