We are proud of the professionals that will be working with you.

Here are just a few of their resumes.  Our editors are from the industry.  We are price competitive with any company in the world.

(Note: Many authors ask why we don't place our editors' names on the web.  In short, privacy and security.  Our editors do not want to be approached directly. They appreciate that we screen and filter the writers that we send them.  These are serious editors for serious writers.)

Editor 1's writing credits include numerous newspaper/magazine articles, literary criticism and scholarship, one novel, one self-help book, and one ESL textbook.  He also ghostwrites.  He served as managing editor of After Dark Magazine in New York City in 1977-78 and as editor-in-chief of the Underground Exchange in Seoul, South Korea, in 1996-97. He has also taught English at the secondary and post-secondary levels over the past 20 years. From 1996 to 2000, he was professor of English Language and Literature at Hannam University in Taejon, South Korea. He currently teaches English Composition and Literature at Cincinnati State College.

Editor 2 received a degree in Humanities, with an emphasis in English, from Brigham Young University. She minored in Communications. She is a second-generation author following in her father’s footsteps, James Chapin author of A Change of Heart: On the Cutting Edge of Laughter.  Her next book, a middle-grade novel, is under contract to be published in 2006. She is a full time editor and author while assisting her husband in the raising, training and selling of registered quarter horses.

Editor 3 graduated from Columbia University with a major in Philosophy and a minor in Russian following a decade of independent study at various universities in Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Germany, Russia and Spain.  Both his poetry and his prose – as well as his photography – have been published on paper and at dozens of Web sites, some of which originate in English-speaking countries other than the U. S.  He recently completed his second novel.  He speaks, writes, reads and teaches a number of languages – including English as a second language – and currently resides in Brooklyn, New York.

Editor 4 graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in English Language and Literature. He is a freelance writer and photographer living and working in Manhattan, and has written proposals, treatments, and scripts for both video and film. He is a published poet and has participated in numerous group and solo photography exhibitions. He currently writes scripts for Close-Up TV News on the PAX cable channel.

Editor 5 is a produced WGA screenwriter with feature and TV movie credits, including three Hallmark miniseries ("Moby Dick," "Cleopatra," "Stranded"). and a TNT movie ("Lost at Sea") last year that's going into production, Patrick Swayze starring, Nicholas Meyer directing.   He has been a studio script analyst for Warner Bros., Paramount, 20th Century-Fox, Working Title and others and has written hundreds of coverages for major studios.

TESTIMONIALS: I just received an email from Louise in Administration attaching the completed critique. I can't tell you how pleased I am that it provided such important feedback and I totally agree with the suggested changes. There are certain aspects I'm going to need help with...showing vs. telling. Do you know with whom I'll be working? I'd really like to get started with the editing process...With kindest regards, Your Client!  PS  I was thrilled at all the positive feedback, too!

As for my critique, I could hardly believe that your editor could write such a WONDERFUL one about my book. The fact that she said she loved this story made all the years and years of writing and keeping the faith worthwhile.  THANK YOU, THANK YOU!   Your positive words about my book have made my whole year!!!!!!!!!
